What: The new Fallen Warriors Monument honors the lives of all known and unknown Santa Clarita Valley service members that have lost their lives in conflicts since WWI. What: George Lynch came to fame in the 1980s through his work as the lead guitarist in the band Dokken. Dokken had a string of successful platinum albums including “Under Lock and Key” and “Back For The Attack”, both of which featured Lynch’s inventive and intricate guitar work, including his signature instrumental track “Mr. Scary”. Lynch Mob was formed in 1989, from the ashes of Dokken.

What: Timothy B. Schmit’s career unfolds back to the halcyon 1960s. He was in his teens when he charted for the first time. At the turn of the decade he joined POCO and helped steer the band into its pioneering fusions of country, rock and folk. In 1977 he became a member of the legendary Eagles, an association that would continue on and off for decades. All the while Schmit absorbed what he played and heard, weaving it strand by strand into his musical fabric. Now and then he stepped out with a solo album, including Expando in 2009, and his newest release, Leap of Faith.
