If I’m able to help anyone with knee pain avoid what I went through. It was all worth it. It took decades to rehab my knee after a surgery caused nerve damage. But along the way, even with a few re-injuries, I learned some amazing drug free, non-surgical rehabilitative and regenerative therapies that now allow me to run as much as I like for the first time in my adult life.

She had a knee replacement a few years ago and loved her rehab because it was the first real exercise she got in her adult life. She ran an intensive care unit while raising four kids. Then as we started to leave the nest, first her mother’s health, then her mother in law’s health, then my father’s health failed. So, she was a 24/7/365 intensive care nurse, forever. And she sacrificed her own health to do it.

The knee replacement helped but the rehab saved her life. And then, after a few years. the knee hurt again, all the time. She couldn’t exercise or even walk for more than 100 feet at a time. So, this time I kept her here for a month and worked on that knee every day. The pain reduced immediately and by the first weekend she was wine tasting with us. By the second weekend we were walking Santa Barbara. By the third weekend she was relatively pain free. And with a little homework, stayed that way for several months.
