Thin And Crispy Hula Pizza Recipe By Chef Dawn Walker

This is a super quick and easy dinner that even kids can prepare. 

If you have left over meat or chicken,  you can certainly add it.  We like to add bacon sometimes too!

Thin and Crispy Hula Pizza Recipe

4 tortillas (10 inch or larger is best)

8 Tablespoons barbeque sauce

4 ounces goat cheese

1 cup canned diced pineapple

8 teaspoons cilantro leaves

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees  Place the tortillas directly on the oven racks and bake for 2-4 minutes or until the tortillas are crispy. 

Remove from the oven and top evenly with the sauce, cheese, pineapple and cilantro.  Bake the pizza for 2-4 minutes or until the cheese is melted 

Slice into wedges and ENJOY!
