Dr. Thomas Polucki is asking for donations for the family in the form of gift cards for necessary supplies, like groceries and household items, while directing cash donations through the Santa Clarita Coalition.
“Our dear friend John Phippen was murdered in Las Vegas on October 1st at the Route 91 Harvest Festival concert,” stated a social media post by Toni Polucki. “We loved John dearly. We valued John tremendously.”

The post continued, “John’s wife Conzuelo passed away in 2013 and John’s death leaves his 15-year-old daughter Alyiah without parents. John’s eldest son Travis, who was also shot at the concert, is now responsible for Alyiah’s care. What we are seeking is a way to make things a little easier for Travis and Alyiah this holiday season.”
Requested gift card donations include store credit to Sam’s Club, Walmart and any Santa Clarita grocery stores, which will be accepted by Dr. Polucki’s office in Newhall through Dec. 31.

“There is no amount too big or too small,” Polucki concluded in the post.
