Garcia, Villanueva To Host Virtual Discussion On Public Safety Matters

Congressman Mike Garcia, R-Santa Clarita, and Los Angeles County Sheriff Alex Villanueva are set to host a virtual discussion on “A Commitment to Law and Order,” during a virtual meeting next week.

The virtual discussion is scheduled for Wednesday, Jan. 26, at 1 p.m. and can be watched by registering to the zoom event.

Primary topics of discussion include the illegal marijuana grow crisis, illegal immigration, the rise in California crime, Los Angeles County District Attorney George Gascón, homelessness and funding for law enforcement, according to officials with Garcia’s office.

“Californians deserve to feel safe and secure at home, which is why one of my top priorities in Congress is fighting for our community’s security and supporting our law enforcement,” Garcia said. “As crime rates continue to rise in California, it is more important than ever that we are firm in our resolve and commitment to law and order. The lack of leadership we are seeing at the county level by Los Angeles District Attorney George Gascón is astonishing and a major contributor to this ongoing crisis. I am pleased to partner with Los Angeles County Sheriff Villanueva to discuss our bipartisan commitment to enacting law and order in our communities to ensure that Californians remain safe.”

  1. Good, let’s hope it’s fruitful so our beautiful city doesn’t degenerate into the likes of the Liberal cities from Seattle to LA, Chicago, Baltimore, Minneapolis, Kenosha, Michigan,NY, Philadelphia, etc.!!

  2. They need Gas-hole too.
    Three Amigos.
    Three Stooges.
Good, Bad and Ugly (Gas-hole got 2 of the 3).
    🙈🙉🙊
    🦬💩🔥🖕

  3. Recall the Liberals & Gas-Con!!! Can any decent citizen imagine letting career criminals out of jail early & reducing felonies down to misdemeanors?! The Liberal/CCP Insanity Lurks!!

  4. Vallanueva ran on a campaign of anti-corruption, and the first thing he did was rehire the deputies who were fired due to their involvement with Lee Baca’s corruption. He deserves to be in prison right next to Mike Garcia, the traitor who sought to validate the January 6 insurrection against our nation.

At least they’ll both be unemployed after the next election cycle.

  5. Katy is a whack job who disgraced the U.S. government and her oath. The correct spelling is LOSER!
