One child was airlifted from Golden Oak Community School after reportedly suffering from a medical emergency on Wednesday morning.
At around 9:18 p.m. first responders received reports of a person undergoing a medical emergency on Sara Street in Santa Clarita, according to Supervisor Rubin Munez.
“We were dispatched about a call of an unconscious person on the 27300 block of Sara Street,” said Munez.
A helicopter was requested soon after and Copter 22 made its way to Golden Oak Community School on Golden Valley Road and Via Princessa to perform the airlift.
The helicopter arrived at 9:38 p.m. and the child was airlifted to receive medical treatment.
The condition of that child is not known as of the publication of this article.
