14 Freeway Crash In Agua Dulce Injures Seven, Three Sent To Hospital

A 14 Freeway crash in Agua Dulce resulted in seven patients being injured, with three being transported to a local hospital, officials said.

Around 12:40 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters received reports of a five-car traffic collision on the southbound 14 Freeway near Escondido Canyon Road in Agua Dulce, said Marvin Lim, a spokesperson with the Los Angeles County Fire Department.

When units arrived on scene, they confirmed there were five vehicles involved.

“Three additional ambulances for a total of four were requested,” Lim said.

Units also requested a second paramedic squad, according to officials.

“Three were transported,” Lim said.

As of 1 p.m., California Highway Patrol has not issued any Sig Alerts for the area.
