A 14 Freeway crash resulted in four people suffering from minor injuries Sunday and resulting in lanes being blocked, officials said.
Around 6:15 p.m. Sunday evening first responders received reports of a traffic collision on the northbound 14 Freeway near Golden Valley Road with reports of people trapped, said Art Marrujo, dispatch supervisor with the Los Angeles County Fire Department.
“There was no one trapped,” Marrujo said.
As a result of the crash, four people suffered minor injuries, according to fire officials.
The California Highway Patrol has issued a SIG Alert until approximately 7:10 p.m. for the closure of the No. 2 and 3 lanes of the northbound 14 Freeway.
Two ambulances were requested to the scene, however, fire officials could not confirm if any victims have been transported as of Sunday evening.
