I know this is not evidence in this case but every time I travel the 126, I get passed by box trucks and semi’s doing 75. It is policed at the wrong times of day during the weekend. These fatals occur in the early morning weekday hours when truckers fly through especially when they think it is snowing on the grapevine.
Also policed in the wrong areas. Also, many motorists are not slowing when they enter Fillmore.
