One Patient Transported Following Three Vehicle Accident In Valencia

At least one patient was transported to the hospital on Friday after a car crash involving three vehicles on Valencia Boulevard near Citrus Street in Valencia.

Reports of a traffic collision involving three vehicles were received at 5:03 p.m. on Valencia Boulevard near Citrus Street, adjacent to Westfield Valencia Town Center.

“Well we received a call from sheriff at 5:03 (p.m.) for a three vehicle traffic collision,” said Supervisor Bernard Peters, speaking for the Los Angeles County Fire Department. “We transported a single patient but another ambulance was ordered to the scene.”

It is unknown at this time how many patients in total were transported following the incident.

“When they requested more than one, it’s because there’s others with less severe injuries,” added Peters.

Santa Clarita motorists can expect delays on Valencia Boulevard until the scene is cleared.
