A Sierra Highway crash Monday evening has sent one person to the hospital, officials said.

The crash occurred at about 8:50 p.m. Monday on the 17000 block of Sierra Highway, according to Supervisor Martin Rangel of the Los Angeles County Fire Department.
“One person was transported to the hospital,” Rangel said.
The condition of the victim is unknown as of Monday evening, according to fire officials.
A tow truck and pickup truck collided, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Northbound traffic on Sierra Highway is shut down as of 9:20 p.m. Monday, according to the CHP.
