Three Of Six Patients Hospitalized After Rollover 5 Freeway Crash

Three patients were transported to the hospital after a rollover crash on the 5 Freeway in Gorman Sunday evening.

Just after 5 p.m. Sunday, reports were received of a minivan that rolled over on the southbound I-5 near Gorman Road, according to California Highway Patrol logs.

“One was extricated from one vehicle,” said Supervisor Cheryl Sims with the Los Angeles County Fire Department. “There are six patients total but three are being transported.”

Two ambulances were ordered and an L.A. County Fire helicopter is on scene as of 6 p.m., according to Sims.
