Two people were transported to the hospital after a Santa Clarita crash on Soledad Canyon Road Monday afternoon.
Around 7:00 p.m. Monday, first responders received reports of a traffic collision with persons trapped near the intersection of Ironstone Drive and Soledad Canyon Road in Canyon Country, according to Melinda Choi, a dispatch supervisor with the Los Angeles County Fire Department.
“We got it as a traffic collision with entrapment,” Choi said. “We had two patients transported.”
Three ambulances were requested by officials at the site of the crash, according to Choi.
The extent of any injuries sustained in the crash are unavailable as of Monday evening.
Eastbound traffic on Soledad Canyon Road was impacted due to the incident.
