A vehicle collided with a pole in Valencia late Wednesday afternoon, prompting first responders to temporarily slow traffic in the area.
Just before 4:40 p.m. Wednesday, officials with the Los Angeles County Fire Department received reports of a traffic collision involving a pole at the intersection of Magic Mountain Parkway and McBean Parkway in Valencia.
“(It was) a solo vehicle versus a pole,” said Supervisor Sims with the department.
The driver was deemed safe by first responders after a wellness check, and no one was transported as a result.
While the pole did not appear to be damaged in the incident, traffic in the area was temporarily blocked off as officials worked to clear the scene.
