Santa Clarita Sports Report: November 21, 2014: The Hart football team is the last team standing from the Foothill League in the CIF Southern Section West Valley Division playoffs.

The Indians take on Upland tonight in the quarterfinals at College of the Canyons.

Upland is the No. 1 seed in the West Valley Division playoffs and the champion of the Baseline League.

They beat San Juan Hills, 42-7, in the first round.

Santa Clarita Sports – High School Football Playoffs

Hart opened the playoffs with a come-from-behind, 30-22, win on the road over Edison from Huntington Beach.

Listen to the game between Hart and Upland tonight on AM 1220 KHTS. Kickoff is at 7:30.

The Trinity Classical Academy football  team is alive in the CIF Southern Section Division 2 8-man playoffs.

Trinity plays Joshua Springs in the semifinals tonight.

The game is at Valencia High. Kickoff is at 7.

In high school volleyball, the Santa Clarita Christian girls are in the championship game of the CIF Southern Section Division 5AA playoffs.

They play Upland Christian at Fullerton College on Saturday afternoon at 1.

In the NBA, the Clippers beat the Heat in Miami, 110-93, and won their second game in a row on their seven-game road trip.

The Clippers will be in Memphis next for a game against the Grizzlies on Sunday.

In the NHL, the Kings made it three wins in a row by knocking off the Carolina Hurricanes, 3-2, at Staples Center.

Next up for the Kings are the Dallas Stars on Saturday.
