Former Signal Editor, Dies at the Age of 60

Former Signal Editor Charles R. “Chuck” Cook died following complications from a stroke at Loma Linda Hospital on Sunday. He was 60 years old.The Texas native has been described by his daughter Danielle as “the late great investigative journalist,” acquiring more than 100 awards for his work in exposing government and corporate misconduct.
