For October, Women In Touch is honored to welcome Barbara B. Wilson, LCSW, from Mental Health Hookup, sharing insights on mental wellness and the importance of connection, support, & community.

Our breakfast group has been meeting since 2012 and is open to all women who want to propel their lives and business forward through a positive mindset and meaningful connections. Our community offers a safe, comfortable space where every guest, member, and visitor has the opportunity to step up, stand out, and be seen.
