REDCAT, Cal Arts’ Downtown Center for for Contemporary Arts, in conjunction with Centre Theatre Group, presents Radar L.A. International Festival of Contemporary Theater 2013, a week- long festival starting Sept. 20 with over 100 live theatre performances featuring international artists.

California Institute of the Arts Center for New Performance is expected to present the archaic Greek drama “Prometheus Bound” in convergence with Trans Arts and the Getty Villa Museum in September. The production will feature a massive 23-foot-tall, five-ton steel wheel, designed by Cal Arts alumnus and scenic designer Efren Delgadillo Jr.
