Dealio Lockhart, 38, is charged with three counts of second-degree murder and four counts of reckless driving causing injury — which killed Santa Clarita residents and College of the Canyons students Brian Lewandowski, 18, and Michelle Littlefield, 19, as well as UPS driver Scott Treadway, 52, according to officials.

It is alleged that Lockhart was racing his Dodge Challenger with another vehicle around midnight when the incident involving more than 10 cars occurred, February 27, 2016, near the City of Commerce.
