“Detectives are once again asking for the public to partner with the Sheriff’s Station  to help us solve this crime,” said Deputy Josh Dubin of the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station. “It’s not known if the people pictured are suspects at this time. However, detectives would like to speak with (the man and woman photographed) to find out  how they obtained the electronics.”

Deputies responded to a residential burglary report in the Newhall area of Santa Clarita on July 30.

The victim reported cash, electronics and other personal property were missing after she returned home, and found her front door unlocked and the interior of her residence ransacked, according to a Nixle news release.

Within the next few days, the victim accessed her “cloud,” a personal online database account that allows individuals to store information.

The victim noticed selfies had been sent to the “cloud” depicting people she did not know. The photographs were uploaded to the “cloud” after the burglary occurred.

Detectives assigned to the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station would like to speak to the people shown in the attached photographs.

If you know the identity of the persons of interest shown in these photos or their whereabouts, detectives are asking that you call LA Crime Stoppers by dialing 800-222-TIPS (8477), texting the letters TIPLA plus your tip to CRIMES (274637), or using the website http://lacrimestoppers.org

Anyone could also email Detective Dow at BRDow@lasd.org if they have any further information about the crime.

There is no further information at this time.
