One quiet Saugus neighborhood was startled awake Wednesday morning by an apparent FBI raid.

Around 6 a.m. Wednesday, FBI agents descended on a suburban home near Calhaven Drive and Park Woodland Place in Saugus, much to the shock of neighbors.

“I’ve lived here for 21 years. It’s the most boring Street in Santa Clarita, until this morning,” said Ron Leonhardt, who lives nearby.

Neighbors saw at least two people, a man and a woman, being removed from the home in handcuffs by FBI agents. Several families are alleged to live at the home, and the couple in question had only moved in a few months before, according to neighbors.
