Memorial Set For Noted Plastic Surgeon

The memorial service for plastic surgeon and philanthropist Edward A Pechter will be held at 6 p.m. Thursday July 15 at the Hyatt Regency, Valencia. Super Scooper Planes Ordered For Fire Season

To prepare for the 2010 fire season, Supervisor Michael D.
