Suspect Held To Answer In Saugus Date Rape Allegation

Peter Sayamoungkhoune, 32, had just finished a supervised visit at the DCFS office on Avenue Stanford in Valencia last week, when he allegedly confronted the monitor who was there to supervise the visit. Deputies investigated the report and then arrested Sayamoungkhoune for criminal threats. He’s currently being held in the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station jail in lieu of $50,000 bail.
