Who/What:  The American Diabetes Association presents “Por tu Familia Feria de Salud”

Details: On Sunday, Nov. 20, the Newhall Community Center transforms into a health festival celebrating Latino culture focusing on healthy lifestyle choices to help Stop Diabetes. The rate of diabetes among Latinos, as well as other ethnic populations, is almost double that of non-Latino whites. Expect a festive atmosphere for this FREE event that includes music, dancing, nutritional information, exercise and cooking demonstrations, free screenings, and a variety of product and service booths.
