Who/What: First Anniversary And Maha Shivaratri

Details: SANTA CLARITA HINDU TEMPLE CELEBRATES ITS FIRST ANNIVERSARY ON MAHA SHIVARATRI DAY FEB 24th 5PM to 8PM. The Sri Siddhi Vinayaka Temple in Santa Clarita was consecrated on February 09, 2017. Lord Ganesha’s murti was ornate with jewelry and hand-made accents. Much of the elaborate interior was imported from India and customized in the USA. While the temple is a pillar of the community, it comes from humble beginnings. “With a rapidly growing population of devotees in the city of Santa Clarita, a group of families, who in spite of being very successful in their education and careers, were missing something. That was spirituality,” said Vijay Sharma. Sri Siddhi Vinayaka Temple has been actively involved in many charitable, cultural, community, and social events throughout the year.
