Free Flu Vaccines

Who/What: The City of Santa Clarita in partnership with College of the Canyons will be hosting a free walk-up flu vaccination clinic while supplies last.

Details: Residents six months of age and older, including healthy adults are recommended to receive the vaccination. Instructors, staff and nursing and Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) students from the College of the Canyons will be onsite to assist with the event. Nurses from the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health and staff from the American Medical Response (AMR) will be readily available to provide their knowledge and expertise. Numerous City of Santa Clarita staff, the City’s Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) volunteers, and the City of Santa Clarita’s Emergency Communication Team volunteers will also participate.

Parking for this event will be available adjacent to the East Physical Education building in lots 5 and 6. For individuals with mobility challenges, special accommodations will be available, such as a drive-through area for vaccinations.
