Cousins Maine Lobster is a unique food truck that serves authentic lobster rolls to a city near you. Founded by cousins Jimmy Tselikis and Sabin Lomac, their appearance on the hit tv show ‘Shark Tank’ elevated their appeal and developed a country-wide craving for their exceptional lobster. Cousins Maine Lobster uses wild-caught, sustainably harvested lobsters sourced directly from the frosty waters of downeast Maine, caught by experienced lobstermen who unload their catch at local wharfs to then be shipped to your hometown to be carefully prepared.

Cousins Maine Lobster succeeds in providing a traditional and legitimate Maine experience and believe that all paying guests should know exactly where their lobster comes from.

Serving the Santa Clarita Valley since 2012, they deliver not only savory rolls but lobster-infused tacos, grilled cheeses, quesadillas, sandwiches and tater tots. They currently have 35 trucks (some cities have multiple) and 10 restaurants over 30 cities. They are also international with locations in Taiwan, and will cater your party or event! Cousins Maine Lobster’s tremendous success has expanded to the opening of landmark locations all across the country to allow more opportunities for their hungry customers to enjoy their cuisine.

In 2014, Cousins Maine Lobster started their own charity, Cousins for a Cause, to give back to the loyal community that had supported them over the years. A full hundred percent of contributions to Cousins for a Cause are donated to Big Brothers & Big Sisters, an institution which presents helpful role models to mentor teens in tough life situations.
