The owner of the world famous and internationally recognized, yet fashionably local publication is Doug Sutton. Doug and his lifelong friend John Rogers have combined forces to host a radio program based on the local happenings of Santa Clarita Valley. Little did they know how fast their program would snowball into a massive social firestorm of news, information and addictive banter. Their latest episode was no exception (especially when you account for their popular friends in high places) because Santa Clarita Valley City Councilman Dante Acosta decided to call in during the first segment. While it is always pleasant to hear from Councilman Acosta, he unfortunately had very grim news to deliver. While Councilman Acosta was traveling, he became swept up in a fire that is rumored to be started by a disturbed individual working at an airport. Breaking national news, with a first hand eyewitness (and a credible one at that) live on the Santa Clarita Valley Gazette Radio Hour. After the sombering news, and reassurance that Dante and his family is doing okay while investigations resume, the Gazette Guys took a local turn for their next segment and brought KHTS News Director Perry Smith into the live on air studio to discuss the latest current events happening in the Santa Clarita Valley.

The Gazette Radio Hour Airs every Friday from 1pm-2pm on your Hometown Station AM 1220 KHTS.
