“Valley Recovery Center is located in the foothills of beautiful Santa Clarita. Santa Clarita is a truly remarkable city, with a wonderful Mediterranean climate and picturesque views of the surrounding mountains. Santa Clarita was incorporated in 1987 by combining several smaller towns into one city. Even as the city has grown and prospered, it has retained a small-town sense of community. The people of Santa Clarita spend their lives here, and they truly love their community. And that same love of our community is what really caused us to start Valley Recovery Center.
Before Valley Recovery Center, the people of Santa Clarita didn’t have a nearby place they could turn to for help with addiction and recovery support. We stepped in to provide the community with the very best care and treatment options; and the deep responsibility we feel to provide that care is an important motivation for everyone who works at Valley Recovery Center.
A sense of community and of family is also a key part of the environment we’ve created at Valley Recovery Center. Having a healthy and encouraging support system is absolutely vital to the recovery process, so making our residents part of our community and our family is one of the best ways we can help them. We also know that some of our residents didn’t have that in the past, and we give them that support now.
