Mark helps credit unions assist their members with business needs. Mark encourages entrepreneurs to work with a credit union once they have a little growth and traction. He also talks about the importance of small business owners having basic people skills and focusing on treating their customers and employees with fairness and kindness and that there is more to a business than just the skill itself.
Finally, Mark stresses the importance of confidence in entrepreneurs. He says to ask the right questions, make your mistakes early in your business development and go to your lender with confidence and to remember that the bank needs you just as much as you need them.
