Frederik Schulin, Owner of Insight Teen Treatment, joins KHTS to talk more about Insight and how to give your teenagers “tough love.” Frederik continues to introduce people to Insight and their dedicated approach to helping the entire family. Today, Frederik takes time to talk about how “tough love,” what that means, and how important it is to give to your teenagers and children. “Tough love” means setting boundaries and that can create natural friction. Frederik says to embrace it and know that is perfectly natural. He even provides some suggestions about how you can handle this friction in your own home.
