On this episode of The Inspirational Parent Radio Show, hosts Alex Urbina and Jazmine Urbina continue their discussion on parenting 101.

In this series we have been going over the morals, values and systems that will be great to discuss with your child and teens, Jazmine said.

We are going to be talking about frustration and what that looks like Alex said. I think the word ‘frustration’ is important to talk with your kids about and make sure that they deal with that feel of being frustrated but do not get stuck in that feeling and become stressed out.

Not everything has to be perfect, Jazmine said. When things do not go the way you planned a lot of people get tagged and whole day is ‘ruined’. if you notice that your kid or possibly yourself gets frustrated and stay on that negative space this is good to think and discuss.

If you teach your kids that they can be frustrated in a healthy way then they can learn how to feel frustrated but get past it in a timely manner,  Alex said.
