Playing To Win Vs. Playing To Lose – The Inspirational Parent Radio Show – December 22, 2017

Hosts: Alex Urbina and Jazmine Urbina

Topic: Playing To Win Vs. Playing To Lose

On this episode of The Inspirational Parent Radio Show, hosts Alex Urbina and Jazmine Urbina discuss playing to win versus playing to lose. In your relationship, work, friendships and life in general.

Are you playing to win in your life in all areas, Alex said. Am I somebody that wants to win? It’s a good way to measure yourself.

At first when I heard the topic, I was a little confused but then took a second back and understood it, Jazmine said. But there are people who aren’t losing and doing ok but not living a winner’s life just making it.

There are four “come froms” when asking how you are playing:

  • Playing to win
    • Believe in yourself
    • Open to new possibilities
  • Playing not to lose
    • Play it safe, getting just enough, not creating anything extraordinary
    • Prepared for the worst case scenario
    • You are already telling the universe that you do not think your task is going to be achievable
  • Just playing
  • Not playing at all
