You Matter/Suicide Prevention — February 6, 2019

On this episode of The Grief Recovery Hour with Sharon Brubaker and Co-Host Reneé Kaehny, Sharon and Reneé talk about the things you can do help yourself or someone you know avoid suicidal thoughts or actions. You matter. The things you do everyday or the emotional turmoil you may be experiencing matters, and it is important to talk about those things with others. Whether it is talking to someone else about yourself or talking to someone else about their struggles, it is important to talk about the things we go through because they matter. Sharon and Reneé ask questions that you can ask yourself or someone you know to help them get through what they may be experiencing. Talking about the events that happen in our lives is an important way to know that you matter and to let the people in your life know that they matter too.

Listen in as Sharon and Reneé talk about suicide prevention, and how much you matter and how knowing that you matter can make all the difference in the world.

So, we continue to search and search.” Read More…
