Join Barbara Cochran and Dr. Thomas Polucki every Wednesday from Noon to 1 PM on your Hometown Station KHTS 98.1 FM & AM 1220 for The Senior Hour, your home for Senior Care and Lifestyle.
On this episode of The Senior Hour, Hosts Barbara Cochran & Dr. Thomas Polucki discuss the nationwide concern of keeping our seniors healthy, by ways of natural supplements, healthy food and exercise.
So often, people are prescribed medication that can have harmful side effects. Dr. Thomas Polucki is a local Chiropractor and he discusses how media has given his field a negative image.
He approaches his patients by addressing their posture issues and exercise regimen, along with their nutrition and chooses to steer away from medication or harsh physical treatments which may not be beneficial to his senior patients.
In the second half of the show, KHTS Co-Owner Jeri Seratti-Goldman joins in studio to talk about her partnership with Dr. Polucki. Jeri experienced neck pain after a car accident over 20 years ago and has been able to improve her pain and overall health with the help of Dr. Polucki. Jeri was also able to avoid contracting COVID in the height of the pandemic. She credits much of that to Dr. Polucki’s approach to natural treatments.
