Hosts: Barbara Cochran & Dr. Thomas Polucki
Guests: Dr. Gene Dorio, Don Gately, Kevin MacDonald and Myles McNamara
Today, on this very special edition of The Senior Hour, your current hosts Barbara Cochran and Dr. Thomas Polucki welcome former hosts and founding members of the show, as The Senior Hour celebrates 20 years on the air. In the past two decades, The Senior Hour has welcomed Dr. Gene Dorio and Don Gately as hosts and the group regales in old memories and accomplishments achieved on the show and in the community. They remember the original start of the show, their expectations and hopes and enjoy seeing where the show has grown to present day. KHTS and its owners, Carl Goldman and Jeri Serrati-Goldman have always been supportive of the local senior community and have not faltered when it came to focusing on the ever-growing senior population’s needs. With the help of Kevin MacDonald, of The SCV Senior Center and Myles McNamara of Comfort Keepers In-Home Care, the Senior Hour has had the privilege of serving the community for years. They look forward to another 20 years ahead, with KHTS and its “golden” hosts leading the way.
The Senior Hour thanks Providence Holy Cross Medical Center and Comfort Keepers In-Home Care for their sponsorship.
