The City of Santa Clarita was given the names of three Sheriff captains from which to select the new Santa Clarita Valley Station captain.  The three captains are: Ed Rogner, currently assigned to contract law; Steve Johnson, currently assigned to major crimes; and Anthony La Berge, currently assigned to transit services, south bureau.  Currently, City Manager Ken Pulskamp is working on a process to select the new station captain.  In the past, this process has included a community panel.
