Congratulations to Tommy Milone of Saugus High School for being selected as a “Diamond Player of the Week”.

Milone was the ultimate closer in Friday’s league title clinching win over Burrough’s, closing out the scoring with a two-run homer and the game with three flawless innings of pitching in which he struck out five.  This after a Tuesday in which he went 2-for-2 with three RBIs in Saugus’ first of two wins of the week.

Congratulations Tommy from Lockheed Federal Credit Union, The Signal and KHTS-AM1220!

For his production Lockheed Federal Credit Union will donate $250 to the first Saugus High booster club.
