Canyon Country Man Identified In Solo-Vehicle Palmdale Crash

A Canyon Country man who was killed in a suspected DUI crash in Palmdale Monday morning has been identified, officials said Monday.

Terry Bradshaw Gray, 33, of Canyon Country, was identified as the solo occupant of the fatal crash, according to California Highway Patrol officials.

Around 2:50 a.m., Antelope Valley Area CHP officers received a call of a single-vehicle traffic collision.

The collision occurred on the northbound 14 Freeway, south of Avenue O in Palmdale, according to officials.

Gray was driving his 2006 Dodge Ram pickup truck when he left the roadway and travelled in the dirt center median before striking the center median guardrail and overturning.

“As a result of this collision, (Gray) succumbed to his injuries on scene,” said Officer Perkins with the Antelope Valley Area CHP office.

The cause of the crash is currently under investigation, but alcohol and drugs are suspected to be a factor, according to Perkins.

Anyone with information regarding this incident is encouraged to contact Officer J. Perkins or Officer K. Wheeler at the Antelope Valley Area Office at (661) 948-8541.
