College of the Canyons officials announced Monday there are still short-term classes open for the spring semester.
Over 100 short-term classes, which start in March and April, are available during the 2019 spring semester, according to college officials.
Short-term courses are scheduled to run for eight weeks, and students are encouraged to enroll quickly because classes will only be offered until they fill up, according to officials.
The courses are set to be offered in high-demand subject areas.
“New and returning students can benefit from the wide range of classes that will be offered in subjects such as geology, history, health sciences, math, political science, sociology, psychology, English, business, economics, photography, welding and water technology,” said College of the Canyons officials in a statement.
Classes are set to be offered through online courses and weekend classes. Students who would like to enroll in a short-term course will be recognized as a returning student before the summer semester, giving them priority registration, according to officials.
