Brittney Sue Humphrey, 22, did not have a plea deal in place when she pleaded no contest (essentially a guilty plea) back in July, officials said.

“The sentencing report arrived (Wednesday),” said Ricardo Santiago, a spokesman for the District Attorney’s Office.

Humphrey was charged with kidnapping three children, ages 5, 3 and 2, in 2016.

‘The defendants associated with the shooting, Humphrey, 22; her husband, Joshua Robertson, 27; and Alex Richard Valdez, 29; are being charged with murder and kidnapping.

Investigators have alleged that Humphrey and Robertson shot and killed Harvill, then kidnapped her three children.

Humphrey pleaded no contest to the counts at an arraignment hearing in July, after the evidence was presented, according to the D.A.’s Office.

“Humphrey pleaded open to the court to three counts of kidnapping,” said Ricardo Santiago, a spokesman for the District Attorney’s Office. He said the plea was made of her own volition, with no deal in place with prosecutors.

Harvill’s body was found on a secluded road in Lebec with a gunshot wound to the head on Aug. 14, 2016.

Investigators found Harvill’s children in Albuquerque, New Mexico and the suspects in Colorado a day later.

Police found a missing 18-month-old baby, Madisyn Harper, with Brittney. Robertson was found two blocks away, according to Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.

Valdez  was arrested in March, 2017 on suspicion of connection to the case, according to Detective Scott Matlock of the county’s Homicide Bureau.
