One person was sent to the hospital Thursday evening after a vehicle collided with a motorcycle in Valencia. 

At around 6:30 p.m., emergency officials responded to reports ot a collision near the intersection of Valencia Boulevard and Bouquet Canyon Road in Valencia. 

“It was a vehicle that collided with a motorcycle,” said Michael Pittman, a dispatch supervisor for the Los Angeles County Fire Department. “We got the call from the sheriff’s (department).”

As of 7:30 p.m. Thursday, the condition of the person transported is unknown, however the victim was seen standing before transport, according to witnesses at the scene.
