One person was airlifted to the hospital after a traffic collision in Agua Dulce that caused one person to be reportedly ejected from the vehicle Wednesday.
UPDATE (8:39 p.m.): One person has reportedly died due to their injuries.
At around 3:52 p.m. Wednesday, first responders received reports of a traffic collision with a person possibly ejected from a vehicle on the 8000 block of Escondido Canyon Road near the 14 Freeway.
“The call came in as a rollover into an embankment with two patients injured, one male and one female,” said Jonathan Matheny with the Los Angeles County Fire Department.
First responders requested a helicopter and transported one patient to a local trauma center. The other patient was transported to the same trauma center by ambulance, according to Matheny.
