Restaurant officials signed the lease on the 7,500 square foot space on Town Center Drive in the third quarter of 2015, said Stacie House, marketing director for Westfield.

Construction has yet to begin on the space while restaurant officials finish up the permitting process, but is expected to start “soon,” according to House.

The news comes less than two weeks after Westfield Valencia Town Center officials made the announcement that the Cheesecake Factory will be opening its doors on Town Center Drive by the end of 2016.

Xevichez Sushi Bar is also slated to open on Town Center Drive this summer, occupying approximately 2,300 square feet.

“The restaurant industry continues to gain momentum as one of the most important industries driving consumer social experiences,” House said. “It is no surprise that around the dining table is where acquaintances turn into friendships and memories are created. Alongside our existing stellar lineup of eateries, we are excited to offer a new dynamic mix of restaurants to please every type of foodie.”

  1. Does cotton candy come with each order?

  2. So glad to hear these two businesses are coming to the mall. Please give more information on the cheese factory location, and when you think they will be open.
