Taxes are due in April but many residents are starting to think about them early, because the end of year cut off is Dec. 31.
“We really want to get people prepared for the end of this year, said RJ Kelly of the International Tax Network. “It’s time to do your tax planning right now,” said Kelly. “We need to look at some estimated financial statements right now to see where the client is.”
One issue that may make some people taxes a little more complicated is the added information involved in dealing with Obamacare on their taxes.
“One of the biggest nightmares that will be coming up tax and accounting wise will be Obamacare,” said Kelly.
