The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office announced 26-year-old Etienne Juarez Rosas was sentenced for his role in the Oct. 2015 assault.

Etienne Juarez Rosas pleaded no contest on March 27 to one count each of kidnapping and forcible rape and two counts of sexual penetration by foreign object in case PA084623, according to Deputy District Attorney Emily Cole.
On Oct. 25, 2015, a woman was sexually attacked by Rosas while she was inside her vehicle in a restaurant parking lot on the 27500 block of Wayne Mills Place, the prosecutor said.
As a result of the nature of his crime, Rosas will be forced to serve 85 percent of his sentence before being eligible for parole, in addition to being forced to register as a sex offender for life.
The case was investigated by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, Santa Clarita Station.
He will get what he deserve in jail he will see how it feels.
I did some research and discovered this guy is an illegal alien. Why does this article fail to mention this?!?! Americans need to wake up and protect our families from people like this. We need to secure our boarders so we know who we are letting in!! The American people need to be our first priority! Wake up America!!

This guy raped and possibly ruin a woman’s life. Now we are going to pay to house him in prison for 32 years. We need to secure our borders and force our state to comply with immigration laws and federal law enforcement!!
