Adopt Queenie, a sweet pup from the Castaic Animal Care Center, ready for a forever home with a loving family.

A few weeks ago, Queenie arrived at the Castaic Animal Care Center and is looking for a forever family.

“Queenie knows how to sit down, paw and take treats gently,” said officials with the Castaic Animal Care Center.

Queenie is a 1-year-old, 57 pound, German Shepard mix who is available for adoption and ready to find her forever home and family.

Queenie has also passed her evaluation with large dogs and has medium energy, according to officials with the Castaic Animal Care Center.

The ideal adopters for Queenie would be an active family who enjoys walks and hikes who have  a yard to run around.

Those interested in meeting Queenie (#A5626145) can visit during open hours Monday through Saturday, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
