The Canyon Theatre Guild is expected to celebrate the return of theater this summer with free admission for select ages of children to watch three different live shows later this month.

The Canyon Theatre Guild said that it is likely they will be able to host their annual summer youth workshops in person as COVID-19 restrictions have loosened.

These events are set to be held “under the stars” in order to keep with COVID-19 guidelines, according to The Canyon Theatre Guild website.

The Theatre Guild is said to have organized multiple immersive live shows for the children of Santa Clarita by presenting shows such as:

•  “Beauty and the Beast Jr.” July 17th and 18th at 8 p.m., free for kids 12 and under, and $8 for those 13 and older.
•  “Dave the Brave and the Pirateers” Friday, July 16th at 8 p.m., and is free for everyone.
• “Character Matters: The Return of the Fairy Tale Advice Council” Friday, July 16th at 10 a.m., free for everyone.
