If you’re starting or already own a small business, accessing capital can be difficult.

The Small Business Development Center will be holding a conference Tuesday, April 20 aimed specifically at helping small businesses finance their operations.

The half-day event will present finance and local business professionals who are experts in their particular area of business financing.

Areas of Capital that will be discussed are:

National Banks
Regional Banks
Private Financial Intermediaries
Factoring Groups
Angel Investor Groups
Bootstrapping Your Startup

Areas of discussion will focus on a range of debt and equity capital options for entrepreneurs. The last hour of the conference will have a networking reception with light food and refreshments.

The conference is from 1:00 to 6:00 p.m. at the College of Canyons University Center Room 258. Admission is free and attendees are encouraged to RSVP.
