FOUND: Detectives Seek Public’s Help Locating Missing Santa Clarita Man

The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department’s Missing Person Detail is seeking the public’s help locating an at-risk missing Santa Clarita man who was last seen Thursday morning.

UPDATE: As of Monday, April 13, Jorge Alberto Garcia has been found, according to the LASD.

Original Story: The missing person, Jorge Alberto Garcia was last seen at 8 a.m. Thursday, on the 28000 block of David Way, in Saugus.

Garcia is described as a 51-year-old male Hispanic adult, 5’07”, 145 lbs. who is bald with brown eyes and a sleeve tattoo on his left arm.

The missing person was last seen wearing a black hat, silver necklace, grey shirt, and black sweatpants.

Garcia has a mental health disorder and requires medication.

His family is concerned for his well-being and is asking for the public’s help.

Louie was born and raised in Santa Clarita. At the age of two Louie lost his vision due to a brain tumor. However, Louie doesn't let blindness stop him from doing what ever it is he wants to accomplish. Growing up some of his favorite hobbies were wood working, fishing and riding bikes.
